1 General Overview and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pkiuck platform and the user ("you" or "user"). By using the pkiuck website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

pkiuck is an online entertainment platform offering various casino games, slots, cricket betting, and other gaming services. The platform is designed specifically for users in Bangladesh and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.3 Password Security

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Registration and gaming on pkiuck is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Anyone below this age may not use the platform.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are faster once KYC verification is complete.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will also go to bKash. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are for gameplay use only.
• pkiuck reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus will be forfeited.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be activated.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Outcomes

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. The outcome of a bet once confirmed cannot be changed.

• Transferring funds through third-party accounts.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

8 Account Suspension, Restrictions and Closure

8.1 pkiuck's Authority

pkiuck may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If there is evidence of refusal to verify or provision of false information.
• If there is evidence of fraudulent financial transactions.
• At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Funds derived from bonuses where wagering has not been completed cannot be withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request to exclude yourself from the platform for a specific period or permanently. This request can be made through the support team.
